Work With Us

Are you looking for a workplace where you can make a meaningful impact, feel valued, and be part of a friendly and dedicated team? At Liphook Federation, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and caring environment for both our pupils and staff.
Why work with us?
- Dedicated and friendly staff: At our federation, you’ll join a team of caring, committed professionals who support one another and work together to create a positive, inclusive environment for every pupil. We believe that a strong, collaborative staff culture not only drives pupil success but also makes our federation a genuinely rewarding place to work.
- Continuing professional development: We are a forward-thinking school with a strong commitment to professional growth at every level. Our CPD offer is rich and varied, including weekly staff meetings, INSET days, Teach Meets and personalised support for Early Career Teachers (ECTs). We have a programme of coaching and mentoring. Staff visit other schools and see the very best practice in action across the country. We offer opportunities to pursue qualifications such as the Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). As an accredited school for Maths-No Problem! and the home of Oracy South, we are proud to champion innovative practice and continuous learning. Whether you are new to education or an experienced professional, you’ll find a culture that values development, collaboration and excellence.
- Opportunities: Working within a federation offers excellent career development, including the chance to work in both the infant and junior schools. Subject leaders collaborate closely across phases, sharing expertise and ensuring consistency in teaching and learning. Year groups plan together during shared PPA time and draw from each other’s strengths.
- Staff wellbeing: A positive and respectful working environment is supported by carefully considered timetabling and structured non-contact time, helping to balance workload and support subject development. While we maintain high expectations, staff wellbeing is thoughtfully prioritised - ensuring everyone feels valued, supported and able to do their best work.
